Who Has the Answer?

Someone needs to help Linda figure out how she keeps making her laptops keyboard freeze up.  It mostly happens during blog posts.  A square icon showing a finger pointing at the touch pad with a red line across the center pops up and then she can't type.  The enter button works, but that is it.  For the first time today, a small area opened up at the bottom of the screen saying "quick link" and a line for her to type.  The keyboard worked in that white area, but nowhere else on the screen.  The only way it works again is if she hits the power off button for a second.  The screen goes dark and then comes right back on where she left off and its back to normal.  Please email me if you know the answer.  Whoever the first one is to solve her problem will win a FURemover!  (The company sent her two of the same ones.)
