Only fans of Rachel Ray will know about EVOO. For you non-cookers, that means extra virgin olive oil. It's super healthy for you and taste great when you add cracked black pepper and dip chunks of bread into it.
Linda has also read it's great for your cuticles and as a hair conditioner. One of the things you should probably NOT use it for is a hard wood floor cleaner. While Linda was rushing around the kitchen trying to get ready for her morning classes, a full 32 oz bottle of EVOO fell out of the cabinet onto the kitchen floor and smashed into a million pieces! Thank God she did not get cut because the oil was super slippery and there were glass chucks and shards everywhere! She was rushed to get to class on time, but she couldn't leave the mess for 2 1/2 hours. Out came all the clean towels from the linen closet. She used the towels to sop it all up, glass included. It would have taken her an hour to pick up each piece of glass. As soon as most of the big chunks and larger puddles were up, she started using Swiffer dry pads to get the shards and oil up. Then came the Swiffer wet pads, more towels, and more Swiffer dry pads. She had to leave to teach, but stopped on the way home to buy Hard Wood Floor Cleaner. It seemed to work OK, but it took lots of elbow grease before the floor wasn't sticky or slippery. On the plus side, Linda's cuticles and nails look amazing!
