A poor man from Palm Harbor did some hard jail time because his dog had no license. Yes, you read that right. He was arrested at the Tampa airport and taken to jail because he failed to get a license for his pooch. It's a good thing I have dog tags. It would be horrible if Linda got put in jail. I can't wear the tags though because they are too heavy for my little pencil neck. The man was released after paying a $326. bond. I wonder if you can get arrested if your cat isn't licensed? Oh no, I think Chip is illegal.
