Check out this dog house. Wow! Not all dogs live in the lap of luxury though. A small victory for dogs in Maryland was passed this week. A new law in Frederick County limits the length of time a dog can be chained outside. Ten hours is still an very long time, but it is better for some dogs who are chained 24/7 with no shelter at all.
