What Day is It?

We've been slacking on our blogging.  Linda had no idea we didn't put a post up yesterday.  It's like the days are going by so fast she still thought it was Monday instead of Tuesday.  This morning when the alarm went off, she was confused where she was supposed to go to teach.  There are 4 different gyms and all different class times.  After a few minutes she figured out it was Wednesday and that meant YMCA.  At least she only has 3 classes today and no subs, it's almost like a day off!
"Why does she always get to pick where we walk?"

Jerry came last evening for our walk.  We did an hour and I didn't have to be carried at all.  Jerry lets me pick the route so it always stays exciting and interesting.  Linda read on Facebook that there was a big storm with hail while she was at the gym.  She never even knew it was raining.  There are no windows in the pool area and with all the splashing going on, you can't hear anything outside. When she left the gym, everything was just soaked.  She wondered how Jerry was able to walk us, but it must not have come to our house.
He's afraid of everything in the world (ha-ha)

I should report that Chim seems like he's better from whatever was ailing him.  Of course he's still nuts, but just his normal nuttiness and nothing out of the ordinary. The other day Linda bought him this cool little ball that has a hole in it.  You fill it with treats and as the dog plays with it, little treats pop out.  She thought it would be his favorite toy ever.  He loves balls and he loves treats.  She should have known that the sound of the treats inside the plastic ball would terrify him.  He won't go near it and shies away when Linda rolls it towards him.

Penny is growing so fast and is still acting like a 2 year old instead of a 4 month old.  She really is so advanced that Linda is sure she'll be walking and talking way ahead of the norm.  Taylor was baking some chocolate chip cookies while Penny watched from the counter.  He turned around to get something and when she turned back, Penny was trying to sneak some chocolate chips out of the bag! (I'm sure it was a total coincidence that she reached in the bag, but it looks like she knows what she is doing.)
"Don't turn around, don't turn around.....I almost have it!"
