We have a lot of deer in our area. There has been a lot dead deer on the area roads because they don't stop at the curb and look both ways like Linda taught me to do. A couple was driving home from church in Enid when an animal ran out in front of their car. They swerved, but still hit the animal. The poor animal received bruises and a broken tusk. Tusk? Yep, the animal they hit was a giant bull elephant that escaped from a local circus. I'm sure neither one will ever forget that accident. The accident in the photo happened in Africa. I wonder if their insurance covers being crushed by an elephant trunk?
