Team Spirit!
I spent the entire day at home. Jerry did come over for a few hours and play with me, but Linda was gone from 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. After work & lunch, she went to watch Taylor, Tierney and Sarah compete in the Winter Olympic games at their church. Everyone bought their purse puppies, but Linda did not take me because she was worried I would not like all the cheering and yelling. If they had games for the dogs, I would have won all golds, especially in the chase the squeaky toy event. She said the events were hysterical. There was 4-person biathlon & BB gun shooting (all 4 people on one set of extra long homemade skis); human curling; roller blade racing around a ring; indoor hockey and even a "dog" sled obstacle race outside on a long track where two people pulled another person on a saucer. There were moguls, hills, jumps, and sharp curves all shoveled out in the snow. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals were awarded to all the winners in each event. Linda did not stay for the big celebration after the end of the games since she wanted to get home to feed me. Taylor is the skier wearing all black in the second group. There is actually a girl on the sled getting ready to go flying over the mogul!
