No one is safe from muggers these days. Not even little tiny Westie dogs. A New York women tied her 10-year old Westie named Lexie outside a supermarket to go buy milk. (Lady... there are dog nappers everywhere, never tie your dog up and leave it.) Not two minutes latter, she came running out to her dog crying and shivering. Some crook had mugged Lexie an took his green wool coat with leather belt and trim. The Lady actually said she was very glad that Lexie wasn't wearing his expensive Burberry coat. Hello? Aren't you a little bit glad that Lexie wasn't dog napped!!
