Another dog saves the day. Of course it was a Chihuahua. Little Cheeka woke her human up last Tuesday night. The man said she was barking and barking and would not calm down. This was very unusual for Cheeka who never barks, especially at night. (Just like me!) When Cheeka would not calm down, her human followed her down to the front door and looked outside. Sure enough there was a crashed car on it's side near their front lawn. Their home is on a rural road without a lot of traffic. A women was trapped inside barely breathing and bleeding. He quickly called 911 and the women was rescued. If Cheeka would have not woken her human, the women might have died before anyone found her the next morning.
