I have heard people wave all sorts of things out their car windows, but I don't think I ever would imagine that someone would wave a dead chihuahua out of the window. I'm sure the women is truly upset her beloved chihuahua died, but maybe she should have thought about the consequences of adopting a puppy only four weeks old. After the poor pooch died, she took it back to the breeder, pushed her way into the house, and hit the breeder repeatedly on the head with the dead pup. As she drove away, she waved the puppy out of the cars sunroof screaming like a crazy women. Kind of reminds me of Lizzie Borden (Lizzie Borden had an ax, gave her father 40 whacks...) Only it's "Crazy Women had a puppy, probably should have got a guppie...."
