For The Truly Lazy

I was just reading another blog that listed all the different drive-thru services. Of course you can now drive-thru to get your Starbucks coffee and Dunkin' Donuts. You can drive-thru to do your banking and also to update your car registration. Linda uses the drive-thru library service all the time. Here are some unusual drive-thru services you might not be aware of. In Florida, you can pay your respects at a drive-thru funeral home. Just stop at the window and you can look inside to see the deceased inside their coffin. Stanford Hospital is testing a drive-thru ER. If you have a contagious disease, you can be tested right at the window. If you are found to be contagious, you park and a Doctor comes out to your car to treat you. In LA, you car drive up to a prayer booth and someone will pray with you from Main Place Christian Fellowship. The Contemporary Art Gallery in Vancouver has a drive-thru art gallery. Last but not least, is The Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. This is actually how Linda and Jerry got married back in the day. The very same window as in this photo. Their cab driver was the best man and maid of honor. Linda said it was the best wedding ever. Unfortunately, it wasn't the very best marriage ever :(
