Whoo! Ah mi cielos!! (I'm pooped!) Can you say tacos, cheese, chips, lettuce, olives, salsa....? Tonight we had a big partido mejicano complete with Strawberry and Lime margaritas (no booze, or course). Taco meat is right up there with the chicken I've been eating. Honestly, I am getting a little chubby. Everyone just left and Linda finished cleaning the kitchen. I'm really tired and can't write too much tonight.
