I'm glad we don't live in Germany. The courts there have just made a ruling that separated spouses do not have the right to visit a pet that they shared during the marriage. If the dog goes with the husband, the wife does not have any legal right to ask for visitation. The women was only asking for a few hours a week to toss the ball with her dog, but the judge said no. Just like I said in the below post, can't people just be kind to one another? I would just die if I did not get to see Jerry once a week.
